2022 Convention

Manukau members will be attending the 2022 CANMOD Convention hosted by Canterbury Society of Model and Experimental Engineers Inc from 6-10 January 2022.

As a visitor, you’ll be able to ride the trains between 10:30am and 3pm daily.

This event attracts hundreds of model engineers from New Zealand and the wider world, to gather sharing knowledge of model engineering and partaking in challenges.  If you’re interested in model engineering and trains, get along to the Convention and enjoy the fun.  Talk to the drivers and owners, or convention staff if you’re keen to get involved.

There’s plenty to see and do for the whole family, so slip on your sunnies, slap on some suntan, and make a picnic.
